My journey is a testament to resilience and purpose, marked by a series of ups and downs that ultimately led me to my prime in life. Making my acting debut in “Muktodhara” followed by other Bengali films,I have worked in the Bengal and Malayalam Film industry for more than a decade now . I not only pursued my passion for art but also dedicated myself to social causes. I formed communities and groups like the Kolkata Facilities Management, an initiative to offer essential work force and provide facility services ; the Kolahaal (Kolahal Theatre Workshop) which provides a platform for individuals to express themselves through drama and rediscover their artistic talents. Both initiatives aim to uplift socially stigmatized individuals, giving them the opportunity for a better life. The kolahal studios is an another initiative by me which works totally in the creative arena of art , performance and music .As a social worker, I believe that serving the nation and its people is the highest calling, fostering humility in a world that often prioritizes individual success. My work exemplifies the belief that art and social responsibility can coexist, creating a ripple effect of positive change in society.
